How We Got Here
This brand started as a better alternative to "store bought" and I intend to keep that going. Custom, quality, and a real world expectation.
I use high quality ingredients and source American made when available. (All my wax is 100% American made 100% Soy) Fragrances and colorants are all wax and body safe and I will be happy to accomodate by excluding either to fit your needs. Ingredient lists are always avalable, please send an email if you have any questions.
My products are made in small batches, in my kitchen with passion... and sometimes frustration lol. There are several wax and soap makers out there.. I don't wish to compete. This is my relaxation, anti-stress, feel like you made someone happy thing... and I hope its yours too.
I do like to collaborate with other local small businesses when the opportunity arises. Adding something to a basket, using a giftcard, helping out a fundraiser, making promo items etc. are great ways to help others get their name out there as well as my own. If you want to get together I'm here for it.
When you buy from BSC your money isnt going to a big corporation. It really is paying for soccer gear or sponsoring a youth team, birthday gifts, date nights, ridiculously high cable bills just so you can watch the Pittsburgh Penguins (TMI? oh well) and like any small business can attest to... going right back into making the next order. I really do appreciate any and all customers , post shares, business card "passer outers" and likes.

What You Need to Know
I will be happy to ship your order. As of right now, there is a shipping quote by weight listed at checkout.
Porch pick up and local delivery are even better as it keeps costs down for everone. We all have lives, its a good possibility you will get your order faster if you select this option when appropriate. If you're local its likely our paths will cross before the mail finds you. (This can be scheduled by a simple message on any of my contacts. Just select "Porch Pickup" on the shipping tab.)
Packages will be delivered as fast as possible and I will send a tracking number via email when they are sent out.
Please allow an average of 7-10 days from completion of order to get your items.

WAX PRODUCTS
Soy wax is one of the hardest to master waxes. Some scents just wont blend and others take longer to cure than the average.
Although soy wax is finicky, a good rule of thumb is that you need a bigger/more candles or melts for a larger or open concept room. On the flip side, a larger candle in a small bathroom may overpower it. Please reach out if you have any questions prior to ordering. I will do my very best to give you amazing results every time however, there are bound to be some issues.
If after 2 weeks of recieving your order you are not experiencing your wax product in the way you intended I will refund or replace for up to 30 days from delivery. You will need to return any unused portion of your product.
WICKS
All wicks need to be trimmed after usage if they are too long, 1/4 inch is ideal. The larger the candle the more wicks you will have. This is a science to get the best scent for your buck. I will refund or replace any extreme tunneling or failure on my wicks.
SOAP
Any melt and pour soap is subject to some cosmetic sweating. The soap is completly fine and I will package it with every precaution to keep it dry. I cannot refund soap with cosmetic sweat shipped to a humid area or during humid temps as I have no control over the shipping company and how they are storing your package. However, you can easily fix this with a quick rinse under water. It is purely cosmetic and caused by ingredients that draw in moisture to your skin... and itself. All cold process soap is cured 3-4 weeks minimum before I will even begin to ship it (needed to ensure full aponification and no lye residue). Hot process is the most durable but will very slightly naturally shrink as it ages. Please remember to keep soap dry and out of direct water when not in use for its best performance. I will refund or replace soaps with consult up to 30 days from delivery.
Products that dont fall under these categories have a 30 day replace or refund with return of unused portion.
